What to do when feeling gilty.....spread it around!

I'm still learning how to use this new interface, though I've gotta say, I like it a lot!!!

I wanted to show you a photo of the ring that you'd be entered into the drawing for and

here it is!

I upcycled an old earring finding then blackened the filigree and applied carnauba wax

as a fixative on the finish.  I attached this to a brass filigree adjustable finding.  The result

is sort of Hollywood Regency meets Gothic Princess.

Take a look and lemme know what  you think!

Gotta admit I was feeling very gilty after making this one and felt it needed to put up for

grabs so some happy puppy can don it to her next soiree.

See my previous post on how to get in on the goods.

Gilty Girl Vintage will be be having drawings for free jewelry that she has up-cycled and lavished with her gilty love for the remainder of 2011 and all of 2012.

Let me show what what Jane from Maryland won last month.  Lucky girl...

and for those of you looking for other orange or coral lovelies for fall inspiration check these out!  These either are currently for sale or soon to be listed on our various sites.

Believe it or not, this is a belt!  It is unmarked as to maker and I haven't seen anything else like it.  Do any of my gilt ridden friends know what this is or who made it?  It has some of the design elements of Dan Kasloff who designed for Florenza back in the day.
This can also be worn as a necklace, but it is heavy.

Sweet Coro (signed in script) from the 1940s.  Minimalist and classy for a fall swagger jacket or swing coat.

Pennino French Marigold Pin circa late 1930s early 40s.  This gilty pleasure is rose gold plate, yellow gold plate over solid sterling.  I found this at a thrift store!  I just love how the blossoms look like real marigolds.

Keep calm and carry on!  School has started, Halloween parties are near and before you know it, you'll be shopping for a turkey to serve the fam.   This piece is unmarked as to maker but is a large medallion piece, fit for the Queen Mum or the Queen Bee in you.

Gilty Girl Vintage sells at the following locations and endeavors to keep a fresh relevant inventory by adding new items each day.

Find us at these locations:

Do just one of these and sign up for our newsletter on our website and you'll be entered to win the ring in the first pic of this post.  Winner announced the 26th of October.  Good luck to everybody!

Of course, we'd love it if you'd follow us and back link to us here on Blogger.  We'll reciprocate the kindness, toot sweet!

xoxo,
